Welcome, I'm Lisa.

I came to this work looking for real help.

I was not searching for something mystical. I wanted an approach that could help me feel steadier, understand what I was experiencing, and move forward. What began as a personal search eventually became the work I now share with others.

I work with people who want to feel steadier, understand recurring patterns, heal emotional wounds, and make their next step feel more manageable.

My journey

How I found this work.

People began telling me I had "healing hands" when I was young. I dismissed it at first, but strangers continued to comment on my calming energy. Later, a metaphysician told me my amber aura extended about 50 feet—twice the average size. That moment encouraged me to take my gifts more seriously.

Before founding Enlightened Path Healing, I worked in public relations and social media for nonprofit and arts organizations. I found the work rewarding, but I also experienced burnout. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I began studying Reiki, meditation, and subconscious mind coaching. In June 2020, I created Enlightened Path Healing to share the practices that had helped me.

My philosophy

Healing is not fixing someone.

To me, healing means reconnecting with your own strength and recognizing that you have choices. My role is to offer insight and useful tools while respecting that the decisions remain yours.

I approach spiritual work with training, clear boundaries, and honesty about what it can and cannot do. I want you to leave with something useful: greater understanding, a deeper sense of calm, or a next step that feels manageable.
