The chakras play a crucial role in Reiki and meditation. But what exactly are they? Picture them as spinning wheels or vortexes of energy located along the central axis of your body. There are seven main chakras, each associated with specific aspects of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves.
Root Chakra - Stability and Grounding: Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra governs our sense of stability, security, and connection to the physical world. When balanced, it provides a solid foundation for personal growth and a sense of groundedness.
