Stepping Into the Shadows

No one wants to hurt, especially from wounds we have carefully hidden from everyone, including ourselves. Unhealed trauma can take an emotional toll on us throughout our lives, and we may not even know it is happening. It shows up in worries, doubts, or feelings that crop up long after the experience has passed.

When we live in the darkness, we sometimes think we can't step out into the light and be honest about our past. I imagine you must have felt this way deep in your soul at one point or another.

What can you do if you carry the pain of a traumatic event? Shadow work is an integral part of your spiritual journey to recovery. It might feel like this pain is a dark cloak that eclipses everything else, but when you address and start to move past it, it can help with the healing process. It can be your pathway back to the light.

Shadow work is a process I use with people to heal lingering pain and trauma safely. The process starts by going into the darkness or shadow, exploring it, and bringing it to light. In this way, you can see the dark parts and transform them into something positive.

Each of our shadow work sessions is tailored to your unique needs. Together we create your healing journey.
