Spring Energy Reset: Using Reiki & Akashic Wisdom to Bloom Into Your Best Self

Winter lingers. Even as the days stretch longer, there’s still a heaviness in the air. The Spring Equinox shifts that. Light and dark stand equal for a moment before the earth tips forward into warmth, color, and movement. Spring is the perfect time to shake off what’s stagnant and step into something fresh.

Clear Out the Residue

Winter slows everything —emotions, intentions, even physical energy. Reiki can help loosen what’s stuck. Before rushing into spring plans, start with a simple reset. Place a hand over your heart, the other on your stomach. Breathe. Imagine warmth spreading under your palms, melting the tension that’s settled into your muscles. Let whatever surfaces move through, tiredness, frustration, even resistance to change.

If you’re attuned to Reiki, use it. If not, intention works just as well. Visualize the energy lifting.

Set Your Direction

The spring is a moment where you get to decide: What’s coming with me? What’s staying behind? The Akashic Records offer clarity here. Open a journal and write a question: What do I need to embrace this season? Then, write whatever comes. The Records often speak in symbols. A garden might mean patience. A river might urge movement. Trust what shows up.

If journaling isn’t your thing, try meditating. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and picture yourself stepping onto a sunlit path. What’s ahead? What do you feel? Your intuition will do the talking.

Anchor the Shift

Intentions are great, but without action, they fade. Bring the shift into your physical space. Open windows. Burn something like sage or rosemary; even a candle will do. Move furniture. Shake out rugs. Let your body stretch, dance, and walk barefoot in the grass.

And then, plant something. A real seed in the earth, or a symbolic one, a commitment to a project, a shift in perspective, a habit that aligns with who you’re becoming.

Step Forward

Energy resets aren’t dramatic. They’re subtle. A deep inhale after months of shallow breathing. A single step in a new direction. The spring gives you a natural push, just enough momentum to make change feel possible. Take it.
