The Healing Power of Mantras

Words can really impact how you feel. Saying the right words can give you more confidence, make you feel happier, or even help ease disappointment. And they are something you can easily add to your spiritual practice to set your intention for the day.

Mantras — or positive affirmations - are short phrases that you say throughout the day. They're a great way to start each day feeling empowered and ready for anything!

One of the most powerful and profound ways of connecting with someone is to offer them a mantra. Often, I end a client’s reiki sessions with mantras, which I intuitively wrote for them. They're a simple way of reminding them of the energy we shared during our time together.

Some additional benefits of affirmations include stress relief, regulating moods, and relaxation. Have trouble focusing? Mantras can help you with that. They help improve concentration and prepare you for any task, making them a great tool for both work and play.

Positive affirmations are a great way to remind yourself of your strengths. The more you say these affirmations, the more you'll start to believe the good things about yourself.
